  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your display settings.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Errors & Omissions: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

  • Online Orders: We accept major credit cards for all online orders shipped or picked up.

  • In-Store Payments: In-store purchases are strictly limited to Interac / Debit or Cash. Credit cards are not accepted for in-store checkout.

  • Order Acceptance: Receipts of an order confirmation do not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline your order at any time after receipt.

4. Shipping, Local Pickup & Delivery

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Free local delivery applies only to qualifying orders within designated service areas.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for damaged or lost shipments.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Liana Nail Supply shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

  • Professional nail and salon supplies should be handled according to manufacturer guidelines. We are not responsible for injuries or damages caused by improper product use.

  • All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Liana Nail Supply and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
